Shanna Sharp

Shanna Sharp started writing and playing music in the strip mall coffee houses of her hometown in sweet home Alabama. Running from the fear of 12 babies, a trailer park and server of the week at Waffle House, Shanna made her way to New York City.

She attended NY’s Circle in the Square where she had the opportunity to learn and work on the Broadway stage. After Graduating, Shanna continued to pursue both her acting and singing career. She’s toured with Theatreworks/USA, worked in film and voiceovers (check out that Thuman’s hotdog jingle).

She’s now a regular at NYC’s The Bitter End and recently toured London to share her original music with those cheeky chaps across the pond, her second tour to Europe. Shanna and the newly formed “& the band” (Brian Nash & Mike Herklots) are currently working on their new album to be released summer 2007.
